Well, of course you didn’t choose to have ovarian cyst in your body, nobody wants to have a cyst on her ovary that makes her suffer, it is out of your control. However, you have 100% control on choosing which treatment options to heal ovarian cyst, just need to choose wisely.

For you to be able to choose wisely, you need to feed yourself with more information on what types of treatment option available, what are the pro and con for each treatment option and which one can heal the cyst intensively. Now, let’s see what ovarian cyst treatment options we have:

Option 1 – Surgical Removal

Surgical Removal

If surgical removal is your choice to deal with ovarian cyst, there are few things you need to know beforehand like what type of surgical options you have, what to expect after surgery, what are the risks, how long you need to take to recover and so on, so that you can be well-prepared both physically and mentally.

There are 2 types of surgery options, which are:

1) Laparoscopy –

Also called as “key hole surgery”, which is a small incision where 3 small incisions are made in the abdomen and small surgical instruments are inserted through these incisions. This is a more conservative type of surgery.

2) Laparotomy -

A larger abdominal incision where the best view of the abdominal organs and the female pelvic organs can be obtained.

Since general anesthesia is used during surgery, your body need times to recover, and the duration is depends on what type of surgery undergo. For instants, if a laparoscopy is made, you can resume normal activities within a day, but you should avoid strenuous activity or exercise for about a week. For laparotomy case, you may stay in the hospital from 2 to 4 days and return to your usual activities in 4 to 6 weeks.

Although surgical removal is the fastest way to remove ovarian cyst, however, as the root cause of ovarian cyst is not cured, it is common for cysts to reoccur. For some cases, the doctor may decide to remove your ovary or your entire uterus, leaving you unable to bare children ever.

Option 2 – Heal  Ovarian Cyst Naturally

Heal Our Body Naturally

It may sound unbelievable if someone told you that you can heal your ovarian cyst naturally without going for a surgery. But let’s think about this, if cancer can be cured by changing the body condition, why not ovarian cyst?

When there is a cyst on ovary, that is the message sent by your body to tell you that something is not right with your health, caused by either the habit you are having, the foods you are eating, the drugs you are taking, or the lifestyle you are having. Your body is trying to tell you to change your current status by “creating” a sign(cyst) to warn you. So, if you choose to undergo a surgical removal but remain status quo with the same habit, lifestyle, foods and drugs, do you think ovarian cyst will reoccur although after the surgical removal?

Cure the Root, not the Effect!

Everybody knows the best way to cure a disease is to cure the root, not the effect caused by the root, if not, it will turn to be a never ending story. Now, you must be wondering why those professional people like doctor and pharmacy keep on focusing on the Effect, not the Root? Do you believe that they don’t know this simple theory = cure the root, not the effect?

As common with many other illnesses today, the methods and drugs prescribed actually make your situation worse and make the profits of the drug companies go through the roof. When talk about surgery, there are even more money can be made by doctor, the hospital and the drug companies. And not only do they make money of the surgery, they also profit from all the complications you’ll encounter from taking all the side effect loaded drugs you’ve been prescribed.

I am not saying that every doctor cares only the money, not the patients’ health. I do believe there are good doctor out there, but not majority. Therefore, we need to be smart enough to choose the right treatment option so that we can protect our health as well as our money.
